Does Cattleya Boticario have a cancellation policy?
Yes, a 48-hour cancellation policy is enforced for all skincare rituals, Akashic Record and astrology readings. When booking an appointment, a credit card will be requested in order to hold your space. However, you will not be charged for your skincare appointment until the day of service. If there is an instance of no call/no show, you will be charged 65% of the booked service.
A notation: Additional requirements are necessary when booking virtual Akashic Record and astrology readings. Once you schedule an Akashic Record or astrology appointment, you will be prompted to pay in full and fill out an energetic contract which enables me to access your Records.

Do I have to book a consultation appointment first as a new client?Yes, it is necessary to book a consultation as a first-time skincare client so that I am able to get to know you and your skin which will allow me to create a long-term plan of progress for radiant skin health. If you are looking to relax and are only in the area briefly, simply reach out to me via email or text as there are some exceptions to this rule.

Do I need a consultation as an Akashic Records client or for an astrology reading?A consultation is not needed; however, an energetic contract must be filled out and returned at the time of booking the AR session (or shortly thereafter, along with payment in full). The AR contract is important as it allows me energetic permission to access your Records (not legally binding in nature). Exact birthdate information and a payment in full are also required at the time of reserving an appointment for an astrology reading. A notation: if you cannot provide me with the exact time to the minute, place of birth, and date of birth, I will not be able to provide you with an accurate astrology reading.

Is there a virtual option for the Akashic Records and astrology readings?Yes, in fact this is the only option, as I am able to tap in virtually in a different way when I am in my private space. If booking a virtual consultation, please select the Zoom option for your desired service.

How do I book a virtual skin care consultation?Please message me via email to schedule a complimentary call to make sure this process is the right fit for you. You will receive a welcome email with a skin wellness form that will need to be filled out and returned along with photos. Upon review of these items, I will reach out to schedule your skin coaching call. You will need to purchase recommended products and get started with your homecare protocol. I will be available for ongoing support throughout the initial stages of this process.

What is your return/refund policy?All product purchases are final sale. If for some reason the product is not up to standard, I will do my best to find a solution. If the item is shipped to you and it arrives damaged, please reach out to me within 24 hours (with photos of the damaged item), so that I may assist in providing a solution at this time. If it is the fault of USPS, then a separate damage claim may need to be filed with them directly.

When can I expect my order to ship?I will do my absolute best to ship your order as soon as possible; however, please allow up to five days to process your order depending upon shipment demand. You are welcome to communicate to me via email or text if it is a time-sensitive emergency. You will receive tracking information via text or email as soon as your order has shipped.
